Counters, ads, and decorating.

I have enough room in my store to place another counter but it wont let me! There is no choice for it. I have a bunch in "storage", but when I want to put it in my store it just replaces the one that is currently out, That is not what I want to do! They need to fix this. Also the ads are outrageous. They pop out of nowhere. I have played this game awhile ago and before I could place more than one counter. Does anyone know how to fix this? Other than that, the game is alright.
